Read financial behavior profile

GET /v1/behavior/profile

Returns active, non-expired profile observations derived from privacy-safe behavior evidence and eligible manual Trading Memory summaries. Each row includes its kind, evaluator/version, confidence, evidence references, and expiry. The endpoint never returns raw prompts, accounts, amounts, positions, or Trading Memory records.
