GET /v1/orders
Return resting perps orders, or conditional spot orders with source=spot. An explicit subAccountId selects that account even without a wallet address. Missing order identity or direction, malformed upstream lists, and failed required venue/account reads return HTTP 502 (open_orders_unavailable), never a synthetic order or a successful partial list. Successful empty reads and the Hyperliquid rich-to-bare fallback remain supported.
