통합 시크릿 목록 조회

GET /v1/credentials/secrets — 플랫 자격증명 슬롯(`dataSources` / `messaging` / `custom`)에 설정된 모든 자격증명 키와 프로세스 환경에만 존재하는 메시징 키를 반환합니다.

플랫 자격증명 슬롯(dataSources / messaging / custom)에 설정된 모든 자격증명 키와 프로세스 환경에만 존재하는 메시징 키를 반환합니다. 각 항목에는 마스킹된 미리 보기가 포함되며, 실제 값은 절대 노출되지 않습니다. 단일 UPPER_SNAKE 네임스페이스를 사용하며, request_secret fill-key 폼 상태 조회를 지원합니다.

비밀값 통합 설정

PUT /v1/credentials/secrets/:key, UPPER_SNAKE 키에 값을 저장합니다. 메시징 환경 변수는 메시징 스토어로 라우팅되며 (프로바이더 핫 리로드 포함),
