GET /v1/perps/copilot-history: 현재 계정, 종목, 서브 월렛의 로컬 제안을 기존 내역과 병합해 반환합니다.
GET /v1/perps/copilot-history
현재 계정, 종목, 서브 월렛에 속한 로컬 Agent 제안을 기존 업스트림 내역과 병합해 반환합니다. executionSymbol을 전달하면 로컬 내역을 정확한 계약으로 제한할 수 있습니다. 기존 내역 서비스에 장애가 발생해도 로컬 기록은 사용할 수 있습니다. 로컬 기록과 업스트림 응답이 모두 없으면 빈 목록과 connected: false를 반환합니다.
